Complaints procedure in case of delivery errors or product faults.
We advise you to check directly after delivery of your order if you have received the correct product and whether it was delivered complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, or when the product shows defects later on, please follow this procedure:
- We will do our best to reply to your complaint immediately, but we will respond at least within 14 days after receipt of your e-mail. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will give you an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer form us.
- If your complaint is justified, we will send a replacement product or take the faulty product back. In the latter case, we will refund the purchase amount after receipt of the faulty product.
Withdrawal of your order
Also if you are not satisfied with the product for other reasons, you can return it. Please follow this procedure:
- You can withdraw your order within a sighting period of 14 days after receipt of your order.
- You will receive an e-mail from us with all the information you need to return your order. The costs of the return transport are at your own expense. You must return the products to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw your order. You are still in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- Returned articles must be complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original factory condition and packaging.
