Shipping
The parcel service with which your order is delivered varies per country. Most parcel services will offer a package for the second time the next day, if the recipient was not at home the first time. If the recipient is not at home for the second time, the package can often be picked up at a collection point nearby. In that case the deliverer leaves a note in your mailbox with the details of the relevant collection point.
Delivery time
Within the Netherlands, all packages are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. In the rest of Europe, this will take 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country. It is possible that a product is temporarily out of stock, resulting in a longer delivery time. In that case we will inform you in time.
Het kan voorkomen dat een product tijdelijk niet op voorraad is, met als gevolg een langere levertijd. In dit geval wordt u tijdig op de hoogte gesteld.
