Complaints & Return shipment

Please check immediately after delivery of your order whether you have received the correct product and if it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If not, please report your complaint by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will do our best to reply to your complaint immediately, but we will respond at least within 14 days after receipt of your e-mail. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will give you an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer form us. If your complaint is justified, we will send a replacement product or take the faulty product back. In the latter case, we will refund the products costs to you.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can also return it to us:

  • You need to do this within a sighting period of 14 days from the moment that the order is in your possession.
  • The article must be complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original factory condition and packaging.
  • Since the parcel services we use do not offer a retour service abroad, you need to arrange for the return shipment yourself. The return costs are at your own expense.
  • After we have received the product back we will inspect if it is still in good order. When yes, we will refund your purchase amount excluding the shipping costs within 14 days.
